So what is your favorite Phuket dining experience?

"Have a favorite Phuket dining experience?"

"Favorite Phuket restaurant?"

That's a question we were asked a lot. You see, we had visited numerous Phuket restaurants during our month-long stay here (since then, we've been frequent visitors).

So where is Phuket? Phuket Thailand is located in the tropical zone off the west coast of the southern part of Thailand in the Andaman Sea. Phuket's tropical serene settings make it one of the top tourist destinations in the world.

One of the things our family most enjoys about being in Phuket is that you can eat 24 hours a day. You can find almost any cuisine, be it Western or Eastern. We are amazed at the numerous coffee shops, noodle shops and street-side food stalls scattered all over the island.

Seafood buffets - Just about every Phuket resort features them. Our favorite: Amari Phuket (Patong beach), offers one of the best.

Thai food - My personal favorite cuisine. We listed our preferred eateries in each section of the island.

Enjoy the many coffee and pastry shops! You can find these shops throughout Phuket. Andaman's coffee shop (Kata Beach), is our favorite after-dinner java stop (right next to the Kata Beach Café).

You can find any type of dining experience, whether it is in one of the many fine restaurants or at one of the many Phuket resorts.

So what was our favorite of all the Phuket dining experiences, after a month of exploration?

They all were! You see, every restaurant in Phuket is different, each with its own qualities that make it special.

Still, I'll answer that question the best I can. Also, during this month we came up with a whole bunch of other favorites which I will be writing about on this web site.
