Whatever happened to the great BYD Lofts parties?

Something has changed there, and not for the better! They used to have great parties, send out great mailings and stay in touch with their visitors, such as the small group I am in. We used to get welcomed on arrival, and now.....nothing. Seems a management change has not been for the best.
