Accountant Manager

- Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
- Accounting record
- Month End & Year End closing
- VAT, W/T and Corporate tax preparation
- Financial Statement preparation
- Account reconciliation
- Manage and control company fixed Assets
- Interface with Compliance, External auditors and Revenue Dept.
- Overall in charge of accounting functions in the company

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting , Finance or related field
- At least 6 years experience with construction and hotel is a plus
- Good level of computer literacy with knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
- Good command of English
Strong leadership, analytical , management, fast learning, optimism
- An excellent working knowledge of operational and communication skill


Front Office Manager

- Male/Female, age 30 years and above.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields.
- At least 3-5 years experience in hotel or serviced apartments.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Good Personality and Service-Minded.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership, management skill


Senior , Junior Front Office

- Male 25-45 years old.
- At least 2-3 years experience in Hotel 4 or 5 stars
- Good command spoken and written English
- Must have leader skills and service mind.
Knowledge of computer (Internet ,Microsoft Word ,Excel, Hotel Program and Outlook)

Boat Driver

- Male 25 years up
- At least 2-3 years experience in speed boat
- Extra for English speaking
- Good personality
- Service mind
- Work under pressure
- Manage and control boat trip


Boat Boy

- Male 20 years up
- Good personality
- Extra for English speaking
- Service mind
- Work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of boat engine
