Tunk Ka Cafe is on the most beautiful view point of Phuket, seeing the panorama scenery of the town and the sea. Tunk Ka Cafe is Phuket’s shop. I guessed that there are only the Phuketers who could realize such a beautiful and wanted to keep this coffee shop as a secret in their minds (I want to do like that too) because I hardly saw the tourists here. Those I saw sitting around 2-3 dining tables are all Thais and looked familiar to this place and the waiters. After I chose the beautiful and satisfied corner, I was served excellently by the smiling waiter who introduced me a glass of strong flavor coffee mixed with Thai tea and milk which is the ancient beverage the Phuketers like to drink for a long time, hot or cold you can choose as you like. In addition I had ordered fried fragrant banana dressed with caramel to thrill my tongue because the caramel here is the special recipe of ancient Phuket, the mixture of honey and egg, good smell and delicious more than I expected and you could not find it anywhere else.
