The Beautiful Le Meridien Phuket Resort Beach Tour 2008
Here is one beach I really like, its the beach located right in front of the Le Meridien Phuket beach resort, the beach is very beautiful, and is not that large. The beach belongs to the resort and you can see why this is such a popular resort to visit. The resort is located about 8 10 minutes from Patong beach road. I will occasionally come down to this nice little beach and go body boarding; it really is a lot of fun. I live in Kata beach, so it is just a short drive to the resort; the resort has picked up its security over the last few years, so they check everyone that is coming in through a small gate just as you arrive to the main parking lot and front entrance.
The resort is one of the most beautiful on the Island in my book, just in-front of the resort you will see 2 large pools, please stop by in the future for I have video of these pools, these pools face the ocean and really makes it a perfect setting. During the high season the resort is almost fully booked, and during the low season the hotel picks up most its customers on the weekend; a lot of folks come from Hong Kong, Singapore for the weekend.
So when you are in Phuket stop by this cute little beach and enjoy the beautiful tropical surroundings, youll be glad you did.
You won't have a problem getting through the gate, I think the gate is more for unauthorized vendors trying to get inside, when I pull up I just tell them I am going to the resort and they let me right in.
Once your inside the resort no problem using the pools, tourists who stay at this resort are going in and out all the time, so you are just mixed in with crowd, so nobody really takes notice, just being low key is the trick.

Thanks for the tip... How do you enter to the hotel if there is a security at the entrance checking? Can anyone enter and use the beach and the pools?
