Served with fettuccine, Australian Tenderloin “Cafe de Paris” topped with herb butter sauce with french fries, grilled tomato and asparagus, Beef Carpaccio from raw chilled tenderloin with virgin olive oil and parmesan shavings, Meat Strips Zurich style with your choice of pork, chicken or veal with a mushroom cream sauce and rösti potatoes, Lamb Shank cooked in red wine sauce served on creamy polenta, Rocket Salad topped with parmesan crumbs, pine nuts and paprika croutons, sprinkled with live oil and balsamic reduction.
