One of our favorite activities after dining is to visit the roadside food stands at one of Phuket's wonderful beach areas. We stopped over at our favorite beach Kata Beach for some excellent Thai pancakes, here is a video of these delicious pancakes in there making, you can top these pancakes off with some chocolate syrup for a real treat.
