The beautiful Royal Nam Tok excellence in French cuisine, after 18 years running the restaurant DeTafeljoncker in Berchem Antwerp Belgium, where they were very successfully and very well known for serving gastronomy of the highest level, with as result 16 on 20 and 2 toques in Gault & Millau. Those both lords of the gastronomy decided to change definitely the grey Belgium for the sunny Phuket. Where they as chef-cooker and as chef-room master offer you a guaranty for a culinary event with eye for details!

Menu items include: Tenderloin of Lamb baked in pastry & sauce of Marjoram, potato-canape with vegetables & red onion, “Salade Royale” of duck liver, rock lobster & duck breast with Witlof, nuts, apples & wine vinegar & herb olive oil, rock lobster Smoked served with tomato butter perfumed with basil, salmon tartar with capers, garden herbs & condiments.
