Enjoy the gentle tropical breeze in the open air structure of the this fine Restaurant. Enjoy a wide selection of international cuisines from the a la carte menu. Alternatively, guests can indulge in some of Phuket’s finest buffets. The restaurant also has the additional feature of a pool bar. The restaurant has 200 seats and is open from 0600 – 2400 daily.

Specialty dishes include:.Fillet of pork in a bacon wrap on an apple-potato stew with a calvados glaze, Pan-fried lemon sole with lemongrass butter and jasmine rice, Grilled lamb chops with feta cheese, olives and cilantro. Grilled tiger prawns with red curry and a yogurt sauce.
