SILK RESTAURANT & BAR a Lan Kwai Fong Group Company. One of the island?s most popular restaurants in Phuket. We are seeking motivated and dynamic professionals to join our team of professionals for the following positions:

GENERAL MANAGER

- Male/Female with 5 years experience in Thai Restaurant

- Excellent command of English language, MS Office skills, internet & others

- Able to control & run a restaurant, cooperating in promotional events and managing on Restaurant advertisements

- Able to work within fiscal controls & meet budget forecast requirements

- Ability to lead staff by example

- Very pleasant personality, customer relationship management experience, have initiative, creative with good interpersonal, presentation, self motivated great organizer & organization skills.

- Knowledge of food & wine, Phuket? s hotel & travel agencies a definite advantage


SALE & MARKETING MANAGER

- Thai nationality with degree in Sales & Marketing or related filed

- At least 5 years experience with background in Sales & Marketing of Thai Restaurant and Tourism background is preferable

- Strong communication skill with customer?s decision-making level. Should be aggressive in the pursuit of sales, independent, creative and smart thinking, cooperating in promotional events and managing on Restaurant advertisements & able to set up menu will be advantage

- Very pleasant personality, have initiative, creative with good interpersonal presentation & organization skills

- Excellent command of English language, MS Office skills, internet & others

-Knowledge of Phuket? s hotel and travel agents a definite advantage
