Phuket's 1st Raw Food Workshop with Celebrity Chef

Mom Tri?s Villa Royale is pleased to announce the first raw food workshop in Phuket. The workshop will feature Ani Phyo (www.aniphyo.com) demonstrating 6 recipes using ingredients available here. Participants will also be able to sample the delicious creations.

Recipes will include 3 raw, healthy, guilt-free deserts, 1 main, 1 appetizer, 1 soup and 1 drink.

Price per person is 800 baht with an advance booking, and 1,000 baht on the day of the event. Pay at Villa Royale directly by cash or contact me to reserve a spot with a credit card over email or by fax.
