Welcome to the Phuket Dining Real Estate Section

You’re probably asking what Phuket dining has to do with real estate? Well it has a lot to do with it. One, I like to cover all aspects of the Phuket culinary industry and this includes the sale of restaurants, café shops, shop houses, etc. But because the way the market is right now, I like to post almost all types of real estate. One of the hottest sellers and probably the most in-demand is the condominium market.

My advice is before you plunge into this market:

• Use a good reputable real estate company
• Get legal advice
• Do your research. The Internet is a good place to start to get a feel of the areas of Phuket that interest you, but always check the place out before you make any financial commitments.

Back in 2003 when we bought our condos the market was relatively young, and there were only a handful of real estate companies, now it seems there is one on every street corner.

Here are some good reputable real estate companies in Phuket that can help you in this market:

Phuket Land
– These guys are really good they have been around since the early 1980’s and have an incredible reputation.

Phuket One RealEstate
– We bought our first unit through Larry Cunningham (owner) and he is one of the most knowledgeable real estate guys I know in Phuket.

Siam Real Estate
– These guys are real pros and have been in this market a long time.
