I am available for travel to Phuket or other destinations within Thailand so that you never have to be without your personal fitness trainer. I also have outstanding assistant trainers located in Phuket who are versed in all aspects of fitness training and martial arts disciplines.
BEACH BOOT CAMP
PHUKET'S MOST GRUELING WORKOUT!
You will be thankful that this boot camp is on the beach because that ocean water sure does feel refreshing when the workout if finished! This is Thailand's only beach boot camp and it takes place right on two of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
We offer two sessions daily. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8am and 6pm on Kata Beach and Tuesday and Thursday at 8am and 6pm on Patong Beach. We recommend both 8am and 6pm, but I must say that the 6pm session is pretty special. It allows you the most grueling beach boot camp workout while at the same time taking in the most spectacular sunset in the world.
This is a no nonsense back to basics boot camp. You never know what kind of exercises our talented fitness trainers will come up with during this session because they are always changing and keeping it fresh. You might be carrying buckets of sand in each hand for 100 meters, be doing 100 meter barefoot sprints in the loose beach sand or crab crawls down to the water and back! We also have a weighted medicine ball which likes to be carried above your shoulders for long distances in the sand! I can promise you that you will be spent by the end of the hour! Burn calories, shed fat, tone muscles and achieve new levels of superior fitness.
There is no better feeling than to have the sand between your toes and the ocean at your fingertips. And now there is a beach boot camp workout which gives you the opportunity to experience this along with a workout that will leave feeling like you just did the best thing you could possibly do for your body and health. Out fitness trainers do not pit you against other members of this boot camp program. This is a competition with yourself to see if you have what it takes to improve your mind and body and health and achieve personal fitness levels that you thought were never possible. Our boot camp fitness trainers motivate, encourage and empower you to be great! Bring your water bottle, a towel and your best winning attitude!
