The Phuket bar guide is all about the world famous nightlife Phuket has to offer. Whatever form of entertainment you are looking for, you are bound to find it in Phuket.

Patong Beach has the largest concentration of nightlife establishments, one of the most popular locations is Bangla Road , just take a walk down this road and you will find numerous restaurants, shops, markets and of course many many beer bars.

One of our favorite events in Phuket is going to the Patong Bowl to watch Thai boxing, the fights kickoff about 8:30 PM and it is really an exciting place to watch all of these great fighters in action. We also watch quite a few fights over at the Bangla Boxing stadium; both locations are nice places to enjoy this great sporting event.

Patong Nightlife

If you are looking for the center hub for Phuket nightlife, you can find it right here in Patong. You can find all types of live music, beer bars, go-go bars and cabaret shows. Most of Patong's entertainment scene is centered on Soi Bangla road and branch areas nearby.

Karon Nightlife

Karon nightlife scene is much simpler compared to Patong, but you can still find some excellent nightlife locations. The major Karon nightlife area is concentrated around Karon Circle and Luang Pho Chuan Road; you can find plenty of small beer bars, restaurants and shops in this general location. You can also find some very simple nightlife entertainment on the East of Patak Road.

Kata Nightlife

When it comes to nightlife in Kata it's very small and concentrated compared to Karon and Patong, the main area of bars in Kata is located along Patak and Taina road, you can find this area on the road directly behind Club Med.

Phuket Town Nightlife

If you really want to get away from the Phuket tourist trap nightlife scene, head over to Phuket Town, you won't find any go-go bars or beer bars there, but what you will find is some nice karaoke bars and other nice night clubs such as; "O'Malley's Irish Pub, Timber Hut and Jammin.
