Overpriced and overstaffed

Had been recommended so highly but seems a little tired. Too many staff with not much to do. Couldn't even have one sip of my overpriced wine without a different staff member coming along and topping it up, made it difficult to have intimate conversation as we were always interrupted. And then, one staff member was so bored and tired that she yawned loudly and stretched and rested on one of the deck's pillars right next to the table. In regards to food, I have had better tom yum soup and banana blossom salad in other parts of the world. The restaurant and its crew are in need of a breath of fresh air. The upside, the proximity to the ocean and its view.
