Beautiful Karon Beach Phuket

Here is a video overlooking Karon Beach Phuket, the overlook is located on the main road between Karon and Patong beach (4233). I can't count how many times I have stopped at this beautiful overlook; you can see all of Karon beach and beyond and of course enjoy the beautiful waters of the Andaman Sea.

In the distance you can see Pu Island just off the point and around the point is Kata Beach where I live. One of my passions has always been the water, no wonder I spent half my life as a Navy SEAL, during the early morning hours one of my favorite swims is to swim out to Pu Island and back. Occasionally I like to swim around the point Kata Beach to Karon Beach depending upon the time of year and the currents; it can be a little bit tricky.

I always recommend to anyone traveling to Patong or Karon to stop and take in this beautiful island scenery, it really is a site to be seen.
