NAI YANG DINING EXPERIENCE

Nai Yang Beach is located about 35 kilometers northwest of Phuket Town. This long curved beach is lined with Casuarina trees which make it excellent for walking and swimming. Nai Yang is one of the quieter beaches on Phuket; you’ll see small fishing boats anchored in the horizon, thus making for some picture perfect sunrises and sunsets.

If you’re looking for budget places to eat, beach front road has a good number of open-air restaurants to choose from. We found some of the tastiest local cuisines, which included some excellent BBQ seafood, Thai food and wood-fire pizza.

We experienced the most “romantic” and “serene” dining experience in some of Nai Yang resorts. We’ve listed them below in order of our preference; all of them are “superb” and well worth the experience.

Palm Court Grill ($$$$) Our “best” Nai Yang Beach dining experience!

This elegant restaurant is located within the Pearl Village resort. It’s had a lot of good reviews and we wanted to experience it ourselves. The restaurant is all about attention to detail, and you feel it as soon as you walk through the door. Almost all the food is prepared tableside, which makes your evening that more special.

Pae Thip Restaurant ($$$) Our choice for Nai Yang Beach most “romantic” location!

This beautiful Thai restaurant is located within the Pearl Village resort. The restaurant is constructed out of Teak wood and sits in the middle of a small lake surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. They serve some of the best Thai and Japanese cuisine on the island.

Black Ginger ($$$) The Black Ginger is located within the Indigo Pearl hotel on the northwest shore of Nai Yang. They serve some “excellent” Thai cuisines and the service is superb.

Prego ($$$) Nai Yang “best” Italian restaurant! You will find this contemporary Italian restaurant within the Pearl Village resort Phuket. They have a large selection of Italian cuisines to choose from and the food is very authentic.

Bank restaurant ($) This is the best little seafood restaurant on Nai Yang Beach. You can enjoy your meal right on the beach on some classic wooden tables. The seafood is “incredibly” fresh and can be cooked to your liking. “Simple dining, that won’t break your wallet” enjoy!
