FINE DINING AT KATA BEACH

Malinas Restaurant a small bistro style café located within the Aspasia Phuket. One of the best features of this superb dining location is the setting, overlooking beautiful Kata Beach surrounded by a lush tropical forest.

I can say only good things about Malinas, why? Romantic setting! Simple, but elegant dining and the service is “excellent”. The menu is very easy to follow with a wide selection of local and international cuisines.

Thai food lovers! Yes we are! So we ordered some of our favorite Thai dishes.

We were greeted immediately by Tanawat, who is the restaurant manager, he made sure we were comfortable and felt welcome. We started out with an appetizer; deep fried crabs, which was superb.

My hat goes off to Tanawat, what attention to detail; he does an excellent job managing the staff in every way.

If you’re looking for some good authentic Thai cuisine Chef Panisa has some of the best in Kata Beach. We settled with the stir-fry chicken & prawn with cashew nut and tiger prawns in sweet curry sauce.

If you’re looking for good service, a great setting and excellent food, Malinas is a great choice.
