The next La Chaine des Rotisseurs Dinner will be held onboard MV Mermaid I, from Mermaid Liveaboards. Our own committee member, Mr. Claude de Crissey, will be our host and one-star Michelin chef Mr Yvon Blandin of Mae Naam Restaurant will guarantee a wonderful culinary experience and a thoroughly enjoyable evening cruise dinner.
