The Paradise Koh Yao, a contemporary 70 room Boutique Resort is located on Koh Yao Noi island, a 60 minute boat trip from Phuket. Catering to the experienced traveler looking for unspoiled
nature in uncompromised luxury - away form the crowded tourist spots of Phuket and Krabi.

We are seeking an outstanding personality to be a key member of our motivated team that is committed to personalized, superior customer service.

HOST CHEF (in charge of kitchen / restaurant)
Covering all aspects of the F&B operations, including kitchen and restaurant. Based at the resort
on Koh Yao with regular visits to Phuket
At least 3-5 years experience in 5 or 4 star Hotels in Executive Kitchen assignment
Leader personality, Motivator
Guest relation skills
Implementation of innovative Kitchen and Restaurant concepts
Previous assignment in Thailand / Asia an advantage
Knowledge of Thai / German / English language is an advantage
Foreign or Thai National 35 - 55 years of age
