It gives us great pleasure announcing another beautiful addition to Mom Tri's Boathouse, the two luxurious "Dolphin Pool Villas" which are available since the 10th of December 2007. The two Dolphin Pool Villas are superbly designed by Mom Tri himself and provide over 120 square meters of spacious comfort in the ultimate beach front location. Large glass sliding doors show off the stunning view over Kata Bay to perfection.
The contemporary Thai style villas consist of a large living space with two queen-sized beds, a study and lounge area.

Each villa has its own private swimming pool, private outdoor shower and a shaded wrap-around terrace which provides the perfect place to capture the cooling sea breeze, relax and watch the spectacular sunset.
The roomy bathroom boasts an over-sized bathtub with view of Kata Beach and a separate shower room and toilet.
The villas have a dedicated private butler service.
