Grand Opening of the Phuket Sports and Tennis Club

To coincide with the official opening by the Australian Honorary Consul, there is a monster concert party with an Australian flavour, commencing at 6:00pm.

Artists appearing include locals Pop Prazsin and the Groove Doctors, leading to a once-only Thailand performance by the legendary MAL CLARKE, fresh from a 4-month season at The Ayres Rock Hotel Resort, playing to audiences of over 3,000 a night. Mal, a founder member of the famous Aussie bush band "Bullamanaka" also recorded with such greats as The BeeGees and Neil Sedaka.

M/C for the evening is Bill O'Leary.
