DEDOS RESTAURANT![]() Restaurant ReviewThis Restaurant is an application of both Chefs passion combined with a refreshing touch of Asian influence in their dishes. And it is precisely the Asian street kitchens, with their small bites and fingerfood that inspired the concept of DeDos (meaning fingers or from two in Spanish). Here you will be delighted to try small dishes with new flavor combinations that capture the best of Mediterranean, Thai, Japanese and French Cuisine, and both Chefs will be more than happy to advise you in your choice. But we should not keep you waiting any longer and allow the experience to begin. Dine different.. Best Known ForGambas al Ajillo, Sushi, DeDos Tuna, Beef Tenderloin, Goong Sarong, Chocolate Mousse's. Chef/Owner BioChristoph (German-Luxemburgish) and Pablo (Swiss-Bolivian) met at the world famous Gastronomy and Restaurant Management School Institut Paul Bocuse in France's culinary capital Lyon. Little did they know then, that their paths would cross again in Thailand. Having had the opportunity to experience two of the best 5 star Resorts in Phuket (Aleenta and Sheraton Grande Laguna), they fell in love with the country, its people, its food and most of all with the atmosphere of this Pearl of the Andaman Sea and decided to create this inspiring project of DeDos Restaurant. DeDos brings together their world class experience: Chateau de La Chevre d'Or', Eze, France (2* Michelin), 'SUSU'S', Basle, Switzerland (3 Toques Guide Bleu), 'Seven', Ascona, Switzerland (with Cooking World Champion Ivo Adam) and others on Pablo's side, and LeNotre', Paris and Soccer World Cup 2006 Germany, 'Auberge de l'Ile, Lyon, France (2 Michelin), Hostellerie de Plaisance, St. Emilion, France (2 Michelin), La Mirabelle, Luxemburg and others for Christoph.
