Dear Phuket dining.

My name is Ian Simpson I am 29 yrs old and am fully qualified as a chef in England. I am very serious to relocate to phuket and feel due to my training have alot to offer. I know about the quality needed to fulfil requirements at the restaurant in question as I have eaten at the original one whilst visiting in september. I would be very grateful if someone could contact me to let me know more as I am very keen.
