Chef wanted for Koh Lanta

Small 4* resort & Villa project currently under construction and due open in Oct'08 is seeking a Chef.

Would prefer those able to converse in Dutch or Flemish, however not a pre-requisite. Should be able to produce exquisite, contemporary cuisine with a keen eye for presentation. Ability to train and impart knowledge, and should be extravert, collegial, patient, non-confrontational, enjoy socializing with clients and able to live on what is still a relatively quiet island destination.

The property will be managed by Expatriate Management and owners.
