If you love Nai Harn Beach Phuket like I do, here is a video taken of this beautiful beach area. I filmed this video on a calm day to show you the true tropical beauty of this location. If you have never been to this beach, Nai Harn is located on the Southern point of Phuket Island.

I am a retired Navy SEAL so I have several swim locations throughout Phuket Island and Nai Harn is one of them, I live in Kata Beach (My number 1 beach) and it's about a 10 -- 15 minute drive to Nai Harn.

There are several distance swimming routes I do in Nai Harn depending upon the season, during the rainy season it can get pretty rough so if you venture out please be careful, the currents can get pretty wicked.
