ASEAN HOTELWORKS THAILAND + VIETNAM

Asean Hotelworks has a vacancy for a European Execuive Chef at a 4* hotel on an island just a short ride off the mailand at a well known Vietnamese resort destination. The hotel is partly constructed with the remainder expected to be completed by December 2008. The property features everal F&B outlets, spa, as well as some banqueting facilities.

The ideal candidate will have previous SE Asian work-experience in 4 or 5* properties, with an outgoing character, patient, flexible, non-confrontational and is a culinary all-rounder with the ability to train and up train the local work force.

This position is on an Expatriate package offering return flight tickets, accommodation, F&B, meals, laundry etc.
