Any one interested in joining me for a Kata Beach run / swim here are the details:
Date: 20 August
Time: 0600 AM
Location: Meet at the Northern end of Kata Beach (the ramp that leads to the beach).
I will explain the run / swim event on location, its a lot of fun and a great morning workout.
