2 Michelin Star Etchebest at Phuket Pavilions

Phuket Pavilions is proud to welcome 2 Michelin Star Chef Philippe Etchebest from 'Hostellerie de Plaisance' in Saint Emilion, France for a gastronomic week from 13 to 16 January 2010.

Chef Etchebest will concoct delicacies with flavours of the Bordeaux region on the evenings of 13 to 16 January. He will also share his passion and culinary expertise during a cooking class on 15 January.

Gourmet dinner: 4,250++ per person, including wines. Cooking class: 2,000++ per person (10 persons maximum).
