1 - 30 June Boathouse Gallery extends "Islands" by Laura Baum

The much talked-about exhibition "ISLANDS" by Laura Baum, at Mom Tri's Boathouse Art Gallery, will be extended for another month.

Laura Baum, accomplished American painter of ethereal landscapes, was a student of Diane Kan, disciple of revered Master Chang Dai Chien (1899-1983). The powerful water colours, with stone and mineral colours mixed by the artist, are painted on Japanese gold- or silver-leaf boards covered with rice paper.
